Every day I speak to friends, family and collegues who are feeling tired, overwhelmed and burnt out. Life is busy and there is so much to do. Keeping on top of a job, a family and a home can feel like an insurmountable task. I have come up with a way of saving hours on my weekly shop and meal planning. I have invested thought and time into pre-preparing meal plans and shopping lists so I can do my weekly shop at the click of a button. I sometimes do several weeks at a time then I don't even need to think about food or shopping! I have created different meal plans and lists so we can eat different meals and, although we have some favourites, it doesn't get boring. Lots of people have asked me how I do it so I thought i would create a website so others can also save a bit of much needed time. I hope it is helpful!
